I just moved back to the US from HK, which is a great city by the way… Check out Yardbird for fabulous yakitori and amazing cocktails. Brickhouse for the best and only real Mexican food in the city but go early. EyeBar offers the best view of the island from Kowloon or Ozone bar which is the highest bar in the world atop The Ritz.
Of course for the traveller, nothing beats the Airport Express with in-town checkin and luggage check! AMAZING! Enjoy your trip.
