Online should do the trick. Also download the United app if you have not already done so. Makes boarding and notifications much easier.
We have an international flight to Europe next week. 🙁 It was mentioned that one should call the
Airline and make sure it has your correct phone # and should tell them to push notifications to one of alerts of flight status changes. So call United at SFO. And will I be talking to live person or online will do? Thanks. ST
Between NJ governor Christie canceling the initial Hudson tunnels for NJTransit; now, we find his deal for $1.5B with UA for rail from Manhattan to EWR, when do we get to the bottom of this fiasco and re-direct those funds to the original Hudson tunnels (which, by the way, Amtrak may be responsible for the infrastructure, but, NJTransit runs more trains through daily)?
Kitty: When an airline cancels your flight and you decide not to take the trip at all, you are entitled to a full refund. But that’s about it. — chris
United canceled my flight due to weather and offered no compensation or alternatives. Do I have any recourse?
Best to sit across the aisle from each other! –chris
