Hey Frances! Very nice to hear from you! As you may recall, the airlines were deregulated, which means that there’s no longer a government bureau that controls airline policies. However you can still complain to the Dept of Transportation here: http://www.dot.gov/airconsumer/file-consumer-complaint — Chris
I have been flying Delta almost since its inception and they are always very nice to this 88-year-old lady. I fly regularly roundtrip about every 4 to 6 weeks, and I am appalled not only at the fares (no longer any sr. citizen fares) but also at what they are doing to our FF miles in 2015. Is there any way we can protest this to FTC or FDA, or whatever bureau controls airline policies??
